Types of Participations

The following participations are accepted from faculty members:

• Research Papers (Published or not) discussing one of the e-Learning topics that are specified in the forum themes and discussion points.
  Time limit for presentation: the research presentation should be within the time limits of 10 minutes.
  Presentation format: Microsoft Power Point.
• Oral Presentation of a personal experience and a distinct application of the practices of e-Learning at King Abdulaziz University or in any other global institutions that are exemplary in this regard. The subject that is in discussion should be relatable to the forum theme and discussion points and it is also required that the paper was never presented in any of the university faculties.
  Time limit for presentation: the research presentation should be within the time limits of 10 minutes.
  Presentation format: Microsoft Power Point.
• Poster Presentation of a research subject or an experience that is relatable to the forum theme and discussion points.
  Presentation format: Poster.
• Workshop Hold a workshop about an e-Learning application, which as a result will increase the faculty members' skills and inform them of the latest developments in the e-Learning field.
  Time limit for presentation: the workshop presentation should be within the time limits of 2 hours.
  Presentation format: Workshop presentation using Microsoft Power Point.
• Visual presentation (recorded in video format and the length should be 2-5 minutes maximum) it should present a personal experience about the use of an e-Learning application in teaching. Video participations that has a professional quality with excellent clarity of image, sound and a good delivery of the subject will be accepted.
  Presentation format: an animation or a video in mp4 or avi format.

The following participations are accepted from students:

  Presentation format: Poster.
• Visual presentation (recorded in video format and the length should be 2-5 minutes maximum) it should present a personal experience about the use of an e-Learning application in teaching. Video participations that has a professional quality with excellent clarity of image, sound and a good delivery of the subject will be accepted.
